I'm gettin this annoying popup from CPM Media, I cannot figure out from whence it comes.

I've tried Spybot S&D, Adaware and updated AVG antivirus, yet it still keeps popping up; is this happening to anyone else?
 
i've been getting that today too. in fact, it just popped up midsentence right after the first 'o' in 'too'.
