I suspect the issue is that they got the jelly concentrated in too small an area. Hence the burning sensation. Perhaps if they had larger... equipment... to spread the jelly more thinly?

i've bought this before and my gf doesn't like it. She says it gets too hot. Stick with the normal stuff. My buddy works for Astroglide and gets free samples all the time, but if you want the best, look for a product called "body glide".
