Make your own ringtones! There're many free programs that can cut mp3 or other music files into clips, and then you can store those into your phone through usb cable (if your phone support that), infrared or bluetooth...

I use Audacity to edit, then create an AAC with iTunes, then upload the file to my phone via this free ringtone uploader site.

I just created my own tone there, and it came to my phone as 32kbps. Sounds like bunk :thumbsdown:

i understand you can make your own from mp3's and such but i am far too lazy and would rather just browse and pick from pre-created ones

I disagree.

I use three ringtones:

Phone = Metal Gear Solid phone ring
Text Message = Metroid Item Collect theme
Voicemail = Super Mario Bros. 1 Up sound

All three are nice, neat and to the point.

i use the audacity method, and since i have a palm treo, i just add the mp3s to my sd card and install them on my treo from there.

otherwise, i would use the rumkin uploader website to upload any ringtones i want.
