Free ringtones/photos/videos to your phone from your PC

Check it out, I guarantee it isnt spyware. How do I know? My buddy created the software and runs the site. Its sold at retail locations like BestBuy, CC, etc.

You can take any mp3, video, picture from your PC, drop it in the app and it will send it to your phone as a downloadable link... No more paying for ringtones.

Note; You do have to pay the data charges to your phone company if you dont have a media package. But tonethis is completely free.

*fires up 'it's raining men'*

edit: appearantly it'll work with my Q if I set it as Use the Motorola MPx220 configuration...

either way, I just use active sync😛

Thanks, this is pretty nice. Better than paying the $2.50 your provider tries to charge you for ringtones and things.

I hate you forever. I had that increadably gay song stuck in my head all of yesterday and you may have just gone and done it again. The worst part is I have to endur the pain because no way in hell is that ever comming through any speakers I own.

Sh|t. Now its in MY head... Hallelulah!

Well thanks to this thread I finally got rid of the following song that was stuck in my head:

In the summertime when the weather is high
You can stretch right up and touch the sky
When the weather's fine
You got women, you got women on your mind ....

Unfortunatly I now have "it's raining men" in my head

/ontopic
I think all the ringtones on the phones you buy are freely changeable...

One can also get datacables and upload directly to the phone.

This way, you cut out the Cell Provider. Why pay for a media connection?

As long as you can click a web link, I dont see why it shouldnt work. I know they cripple the bluetooth so you cant transfer from BT device, but this should be fine.

Upload a small file and test.

also, the most recent version of motorola's data transfer software (phonetools or something) can transfer via bluetooth 😀

omg 8000th post

I have an LG VX8100 phone from Verizon, and while the BT is turned off by default, once you turn it on an pair it via a bluetooth adapter, it works just fine. I've been using Audacity to create and amplify ringtones from my own mp3's, and BitPim to load them onto the phone. I'll give this a try though, and see how it is.
