free program to replace windoctor

I've been using Norton Windocotor for awhile now and there is no doubt in my mind that it helps to keep my Windows installation running smoothly. However I am getting tired of shelling out money for it.

Does anyone know of another quality fix-it program out there that is available as freeware?
