free program to completely mirror/copy a drive?

I'm doing a upgrade from a 2gb hard drive with a installation of windows me to a 40gb. I want to essential copy the entire 2gb hard drive (windows and all) to a 5gb partition on the 40 gig, so that it can boot from the 5gb partition. Any programs out there like that?

I don't know of any free programs that do that, but most drive manufacturers provide software that can do this for free. What brand are each of the 2 drives?
