Facial reconstruction is one thing, and anybody injured in battle deserves everything possible in order to continue as high quality a life as possible.
Elective-surgury boob-jobs are quite a different thing, and I don't think taxpayers should be up for paying the bill. (Let's try paying all of these people a little better, instead of handing out elective surgury perks to a few.) They're really expanding the definition of "support our troops."
Let's leave the free/cheap boob-jobs for Hooters to give to its employees. Such issues are best handled by the private sector, don't you think?
