Just in general or what? PhysLink.com has some decent resources. If you have access to newsgroups they post books all the time, including Feynman's Lectures on PDF and MP3.
It wasnt a random question. I remembered the name of the book and googled it and found it. Its the Motion Mountain book. I thought it would do a better job of explaining electric fields and that subject better than my book but I was wrong.
