My only problem with faststone is that if it's the default/associated viewer it changes the right-click-edit function in Windows explorer back to Windows Paint - as opposed to Paint.net, or Gimp's custom menu.

what if you reinstall paint.net after faststone?

also, that's controlled by a couple registry keys so might not be too difficult to fix manually.
