My fiance and I just did this. Both her and I received email confirmations yesterday accepting our photos and it said the Senseo should arrive within 2-4 weeks. The offer is of course limited to one per household, so I have one being shipped to her house and one to mine. It's a good deal if you ask me, you just have to do little work, but it's kinda fun.

For online offer:

*Offer is contingent upon submitting approved picture at Senseo.com/dropthedrip. Limit one free Senseo machine per household or address. A shipping fee of up to $15 will be charged to your credit card upon approval. Actual color may vary. Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. Offer valid until 12/31/05, or while supplies last.

Also, as far as I can tell the coffee pods are going for $17 for 72 single serving pods of varying flavors on amazon.com. Different brands/flavors are available. You can check it out here:

I'd be getting one right now if only the pods were a little cheaper. Could be a cheap x-mas gift though.

I'm sure people have cheap coffee makers laying around. My gf broke mine last year. I may go pickup one from Walmart or maybe even Salvation Army to trade in when the event comes here. :)

some are good, some are not, the illy and douwe egberts are ok... there's a lot of different ones around, and your personal taste in coffee is a big factor... these are great for the office when management takes away the free coffee... u can't beat the ease of cleanup and convenience of the little filter packs...

but if u grind your own beans and use a single cup drip brewer with a mesh (reusable) filter because u like all the oils and some sludge at the bottom of the cup (like me!!!) then you'll be disappointed by most of these...

but this sure makes it cheap to try one! I saw the b&d version of this on clearance at target over the weekend for $30...

I tried some recently, and I was surprised by how good it was. It comes in a variety of strengths; I had the dark roast. Tasty. And it does make it really quickly.
Also, you can get a little gadget to make pods out of regular coffee. Search around for MyPod. Never used one, though.
I might as well buy a $2 machine at Sal's and get myself a free one. even if it does find itself on ebay...

It doesn't specify if this is free coffee maker is US only or if it's available to Canadians as well.
