free parts = mp3 / printer server

I'm coming into some free computer parts for upgrading someone's computer:

250W PSU
750MHz Duron
384MB SDRAM
4GB HDD (oldie that I have)

I want to mess around with being able to have everyone on my network (my housemates and I) to combine our mp3 collections so we can listen to lots of music and to use it as a central printer location.

It will be connected by RJ-45 to my D-Link 614+ router and everyone else aside from my personal computer connects by wireless. My question is, what do I have to set up on this new computer after I install XP to allow everyone to upload / see the mp3s and to use the printer?

share the C drive, which xp will complain about. that is the only way to do it, unless each of you log in to your repective computers with a password every time you use them.
if that is the case, you can each have a user on the new machine, with the same uname/password, and also view the shared stuff on the C drive.
