So I need a simple app that I can put TimeFencing on wifi/data use. Most of the apps I see want several dollars a month etc....

At a minimum I need to disable data/wifi/internet use at specific timeframes. Other features (like monitor sms/search history) would be nice.
 
Just curious as to why you feel you shouldn't have to pay for software that people put time and effort into creating.
