austin,

Who is your current web host provider?

Everyone has a different definition of cheap, what's your budget?

I've been happy with Telnap's $25 a year for small beans stuff, but RossMAN will have the best advise/deal for ya.

I used to use dreamhost or telnap, but currently don't have one. I believe in the past it was like $10 a year. I simply need it for a few discussion lists. bandwidth would be low too, other than the occasional picture being passed around on the discussion list of about 20 people.

You should check into dartworth's free hosting, unless I'm misunderstanding your needs.

Yea, AT free hosting more than suits those needs, unless you want to pay for hosting with (possibly) more permanence and upgrade ability.
