Free online store for a 2 week company order?

Howdy,

Our company lets people order clothing with our logo on it twice per year. We currently just send out a paper form for people to fill out and then we type it into Excel.

We are getting ready to send out the order form for the next order and I thought it'd be a lot easier if we could do it online. I did whip up a very simple Google Form that will work fine but it gets messy if someone wants to order more than one of an item and in different sizes. Then we still have to go do a bunch of manual fixing to get everything in a nice format.

Does anyone know if a free online store that we could create 5 or 6 items and let people order the proper way? We wont' be collecting any payment and a lot of the ones I've seen don't allow for "cash" or "COD" type payment options so they won't work for us.

I'd rather not setup a whole install of something like OpenCart just for this since it only gets used for 2 weeks twice per year.

Thanks.

ecwid.com, I believe, allows for offline payment. But not at work at the moment so can't check for sure. Website says so.

Our running club uses CustomInk.com to design our clothing where you can then order from.

I think what the op wants is a self hosted "store" where people can order online, and the software collects everything neatly so it can be ordered from the place that actually makes the product.

That is correct. Just a nice way to collect orders so we can let our supplier know how many of each thing we need instead of tallying things up by hand.

You're gonna need to make a website for that. Check out a shared account at stablehost.

WordPress with WooCommerce. If you need temporary hosting, spin up a WordPress droplet on DigitalOcean, it would be relatively cheap (a few dollars) for 2 weeks.

If you do use WordPress let me know, I can help you secure it. It's a nice platform but has its flaws. Especially xmlrpc.

A SharePoint doc that everyone updates? Or a SharePoint table?

When we have potlucks at work, people just sign up on a SharePoint table that everyone has access to.
