saw this from the AT front page...

story ...

There used to be a plethora of services like freedrive.com and xdrive.com but they haven't been free since the internet bubble burst. Streamload has been around forever but apparently they have a free account only now... could come in useful... how it works... you can send other streamload users your files (happens on the back-end and is instantaneous)... the constraint to this free account is the 100MB download limit per month.

Good for those who don't have webspace on their own.

Since I run a hosting business I have enough room, but in my opinion 100 megs is definately not enough. How will you upload 10gb? Spread over 100 months?

to clarify, the upload isn't limited by time... just the download.

Holy crap

Please correct the following errors:

Please enter a valid password.
At least six and no more than 255 characters.

255 characters? Who the hell could remember a password that long?

100Bb storage / 10Gb bandwidth would probably be more useful..but nice find.

those details aren't bad, but it would be nice if we could actually read the site. English link somewhere ?

I used to use their service alot when I first got broadband several years ago. It was a good servide when it was unlimited in storage and bandwidth. I haven't used them at all the past couple of years when they started charging. I might go back and sign up with them again, since it's back to free. They had a really easy upload/download tool last time I was with them. Made it really convenient.
