i've been playing this for the past week or so, pretty fun game. taking the time to learn the map objectives helps lot.

My only complaint is that there are only 6 maps at the moment, but hey... its free.

ahhh i just suck at the game but i think it is just fun to become a covert op take ur enemys clothes then sneak behind enemy lines and put a well placed grenade on somone who is unsuspecting

Hey folks...

have never played Wolfenstien (except the original 256 color waay back when)

Is this a hot deal because its a free game (nothing to buy?)
or is this an expansion pack (meaning you need the original game/CD) and is a free ad-on
or because it's only an ONLINE MULTIPLAYER (no single missions etc)

Please clarify.. Didn't want to waste downloading this huge file if I need the original CD..

I'm still stuck in Unreal Tournamen (2000) =) FPS's

It started as an expansion pack but now is available for free and you do not need the RTCW cd.

I had to uninstall the game b/c I found myself loosing too much time..
3 rounds for 1 match is an hour and a half... play a few matches, and I lost my whole day =P

If you have the game Medal of Honor Allied Assault, try that multiplayer instead. The rounds are short, about 10 to 20 minutes and the game itself is a blast with multiplayer. If you don't have the game, you should be able to pick it up cheaply on ebay since its been around for a while. I should add that the single game is a blast as well.


I find that I spend about an hour or so on it an evening. Just enough time to unwind but not enough to "eat up my day".

You sure about that? That's 80mb/s, which is pushing the maximum of 100baseT.
