Hi There,

I'm thinking about creating a free online blog for my company. A place where I can post some messages, and people will read and can post their comments, either logged or anonymously.

I want to give everyone freedom of speech without fear of getting f#$%$d by their bosses :D

People will either speak good or bad, depending on their state of mind. It will work as an escape from any stress from work.

It would be cool if I could setup if people can post anonymously or not, or even (if the site will work as a forum), will allow people to post anonymously depending on the category of the message they are posting.

Recommend me some good ones :D

Thanks

One more question:

Is it possible to trace down the one who posted some message/comment? Like getting down their IP or something ... even if it is not logged (guest user)?

Yea, of course. If someone wants them bad enough.

Blogs are awesome, and your comment helps no one.

Are you looking for an internal blog software or an external one you can use? There are many, many good external blog sites that are free. It would be the easiest way to set it up. I know one that does groups, and you can restrict the group to just employees of your organization that can even see the posts, but you can't be anonymous. Of course, if nobody knows what your alias is, you are anonymous.

I'm looking for an external way of doing it, as I don't want to setup a server for that, nor maintain one. Just want a place where people can post what they think, and the idea that a post could be tracked down just ruins the purpose of it. I want people to feel secure about posting their comments.
