A fake supercharger, a plastic chrome supercharger housing bolted up just like a real one, maybe even with a working belt (would require a stronger mount and a pulley with a bearing)

$300.00 to $500.00 a pop, fits anything with room under the hood, could maybe have a p.a. speaker with that supercharger whine tied to the engine rpm........

Somebody get me Trump, he's gonna want a piece of this.

Been done already. Someone was selling chromed plastic "superchargers" that mounted to your hood with double sided tape on Ebay a while ago. $200, IIRC.
