Free Locale Replacement?

I've been using Locale on my Droid, but the beta expired and I'm not paying $10 for it. Does anyone know of a free replacement? I used it to change volume settings depending on time, and WiFi and Bluetooth depending on location, but I could live without the location-based stuff. Thanks!

Toggle Settings is a program I heard works based on time. I just paid for the Locale app because I find it useful enough.

Not that I've noticed. Also remember that 80% of the people making those comments on Android Market have no idea what they are talking about.

So many idiotic comments/ratings. Most of the time its just that the user has no flippin clue what they are doing. Read the comments for some of the most popular apps and you will see exactly what I am talking about.
