For what it's worth, this company is actually extremely reputable.
They've been around and specialize in just a few things - mostly
organic olive oil, apple cider vinegar, and these aminos. Obviously,
salad dressing comes to mind. I believe the aminos (which taste like
soy sauce) are meant to add protein to a salad/meal in order to "balance out" the meal, especially if you're on something like the zone diet. You can mix it in a dressing. This is particularly of concern to vegetarians trying to keep their protein up (beans would help but are incomplete proteins). Soy has a lot of bad qualities actually, but deriving the aminos from a soy source should be ok.
