From blabbermouth.net:

Stern, whose radio show was pulled by Clear Channel off its stations last month because of indecency concerns, has hailed the video to "Y'All Want a Single" as "the most inspirational, the most spectacular understanding of what's going on in this country right now." The song, and especially its video, is an attack on radio conglomerates and the music industry, KORN lead singer Jonathan Davis told the Hollywood Reporter.

"The stuff we said in the video (is the stuff) the music industry doesn't want kids to know about," Davis said. "Everyone is in bed with everyone in the industry. One corporation owns all the video channels, one corporation owns all the radio stations, and all the venues we play at are also the promoters. It's a whole monopoly. They basically deem what kids are going to hear."

Good nice to see the music industry backing Howard because it wont be long before Bush starts fining them too.

Howard Stern is the ONLY man in the world who can tell women and guests that he would love to "bang" her, without being slapped in the face in the radio show. The amazing thing is that all the women felt honored and said thank you in return in the show. :)

Howard isn't what he use to be, but he is still better than anything else out there.

Hope he comes out on top.

The video is on the Headbanger's ball every weekend.

If korn is concerned about "monopolies", why do they work for them? I think all of their cds are on the Sony/Epic.

Do you have some private label they can publish on? Not to mention they are probably locked into some contract.

free video , keep the kids away.

I'm not a fan of korn at all, but the video is interesting, and its even more interesting to see if it'll get played on tv.

Heh I found it funny that their video cost $150K to make. It really feels like if you bought a canon dv recorder for like $3000, paid a few extras(or really just use korn fans for free), then told a record store that you'd buy out all the cds in a rack if they let you smash it(and pay for the rack), that you'd be able to shoot this video...I dunno where that 150K went honestly. But I guess that was their point...where does all that money go anyway?

And on a side note, it's a neat song...very...how do you say it...ah yes, "F*CK THAT" =p towards the record companies.

Korn has the record for the most expensive album ever produced ($7M+), and it didn't sell to well. I'm sure that sony/epic has their souls for quite a while after that debaucle.

Get your facts right DB...He only got "suspended" from six Fear Channel stations. Howard is the greatest entertainer EVER. He's been doing it for 25 years and he still rocks.

No talent???!!! Tell me who YOU think is better on the radio? Rick Dees?
