Free ISO creator program?

Does anyone know of a FREE program that can create ISO files out of files on your computer? I don't mean ripping CD/DVD to ISO ... I mean a program that works like any archiver, that you can select X files and create an ISO (or nrg or whatever) archive stored also on your hard disk.

I've been searching for a while and I can't find anything. All the programs I find have limits of 150-300MB, so if your ISO is bigger than that, it won't do it?? What kind of BS is that???

ISO buster seems only able to create files from CD/DVD but not from hard disks?

err nero makes .nrg images..
just compile up a new cd, and select image burner as the writing device.
