OP you seriously shouldn't be financing a video card, what you should do is save up enough money for you to buy it and guess what, by the time you do, they'll probably have a revision of the card with even more power. What makes you think you need this card now? What is your current video card?

The first month you will pay (19.75%/12)*$600 CDN = $9.88 CDN. If you don't pay down your balance, you will keep paying that $9.88 CDN forever. If you do pay down your balance, that $9.88 CDN will drop each month that you pay down the balance.

[*]For example, if you can afford to pay $50 CDN each month, then you will pay this off in 14 months, having paid a total of $674.01 CDN.
[*]If you can only afford to pay $30 CDN each month, then you will pay this off in 25 months, having paid a total of $733.75 CDN.
