Free internet services?

What are some good free internet services? I already know of Netzero, Juno, FreeI, Yellowstone, and Free Wordl be Excite. ANy other ones? All these pretty much suck. Juno was the best until they started making advertisements automatically open new internet explorers and take you to the advertiser's site literally every minute. If I leave my computer alone while I go to the restroom, I come back and my 128 mb ram is full with only 4% free. Netzer was good until they started detecting if your mouse was moving or something and as soon as I left the room I would come back and be kicked off. I am looking for something that is fast, free, and doesn't pop up new advertisements at all except for banner of course. It would also be cool if I could start downloading something and leave my comp for 15 minutes while it is downloading. This might just be an unnattainable dream though.
I am getting DSL this Christmas so I need something to hold me over until then. Thanks

Netzero is good and you can get rid of the banner (PM me for details if you decide to go with it). My friend uses it and the speed is pretty comparable to 56k which costs money.

Get Onfree, it's bannerless. Goto http://www.freedomlist.com, it has alot of info on all of them.

It stopped the popup Juno ads in IE for me....

I disabled IE... renamed it & then got scripting errors instead.

Then disabled scripting & the pop-ups are gone.
