Interesting idea, I don't have any articles regarding the police incident that appears on the website. If anyone has any more information that would be great. Me and a few friends are considering trying this here.
 
Lol thats funny just giving random people hugs. People would probably just go for the hottest babes though so it wouldn't really be random.
