Free HP Photo Paper

Just received my free paper pack. It also came with FREE software and a $5 rebate form for HP "Business Communications" paper purchases. Rebate form must be for purchases made before 6/30/06.

Am I looking at the wrong place or is the free offer now for LaserJet printing paper? I would have preferred photo, but free is free, I suppose.

Well, yeah -- I got that paper. IMHO the quality of that paper is not worse the effort to type the info into the registration form. Grainy as hell.

Laser-photo paper....not Ink photo paper.


If ya try doiung "photo" using this paper on an inkjet...three things might happen

1. paper becomes soaked with ink and wrinkles
2. ink smears...possibly dammaging your print head
3. some of 1 and some of 2.

I guess I had done this when it was originally posted. I received the paper probably about 6 weeks after filling the stuff out.
