Popeyes Chicken has a promotion going on that gives a coupon for FREE Hollywood Video/DVD rental including NEW titles with any combo meal purchase. Their combo meals start from $3.79. I used a coupon that gives second combo free and was able to get to rentals FREE.

btw, is this thing regional or something? Or do you have to ask for it? Cause my friend said he was at popeyes today and there were no ads for it.

I order the combo and got the ticket, but then I saw a whole stack and got greedy, I asked the cashier if I can have more and she just said "sure, go for it" and I ripped around 7 more tickets from the stack....scweeeeeet

Depending the person who hands you the combo they just grab a few FREE rental coupons even when you buy just one combo.

Check out for Popeyes coupons HERE regularly. They keep changing often. I used some coupons that was still able to get Free Rental coupons. The store displays a small calendar size promotion that says FREE Hollywood rental with COmbo purchase.

I love their Spicy Chicken Sandwich and cajun fries that can be substituted by mashed potato and gravy. There is no point in eating chicken sandwich anywhere else!!!

I was going to post this deal also. However, I thought I would do a quick search and sure enough, it was already taken care of. --- "wje" pats self on back for being a good AnandTech citizen.

I've received about 4 of these coupons too. My daughter and myself have hit Popeyes a few times over the past week to get a coupon with each combo meal. This deal is smokin' - about the only way to make it hotter would be to get an order of the spicy chicken when you place your order.

Disclaimer: I'm not recommending or forcing anyone to eat a Popeyes. While this is a good deal, you have to weigh the odds out: is it really worth bumping your cholesterol level up a few points to get a free movie rental? If you eat at Popeyes because of this deal, you do so at your own risk. If you have a heart attack and die, your family will not be able to sue me because I didn't force you to eat the greasy chicken in the first place. YOU are the one who is responsible for what YOU eat and what YOU take into your body. So, the choice is yours, but don't come back to me if you experience health issues because of your poor eating habits.

However, Popeyes does make some good chicken.
