They have to put that because in the event they manage to run out of supplies, and can't serve the chicken, some loser will probably throw a fit over a chicken sandwich or sue over it. Smartest move they could do becuase you know some loser would try it....

I looked at the ad again too and all it says is "half sandwich". "HALF SANDWICH"? Then what the hell is the other half? This better not be some weird frankenstein Half-man/Half-Sandwich hybrid because if it is thentheres a possibility that i wont be giving them my business again.
(Scoff if you will, but take a look at that picture. Ive seen chicken before and that aint chicken...)
