I know what this is just from the description of"
"kidney function
by detcting protein traces
carbohydrate metabolism
by detcting glucose traces
acid-base balance
by detcting pH balance "
It is a urine test....not a true "glucose test".
The sugar measured in your urine is actually the "extra" your body is trying to dump. Unfortunately, the level of sugar (known as the renal threshold) varies from person to person, affectted by hydration level, stress, activity level, hormones, etc.
To truly (well, much more accurate than urine), is to take a "blood glucose test".... this is how 99.999% of all diabetics test their blood-glucose level.
Protein in the urine is a common side affect of prolonged high blood sugar (glucose) levels.... If protein is detected, this is called (pardon my spelling) Keto-acidosis.
PH level is just what it sounds....scale of 1-14....Acid on one end, base on the other.
Enough info!?!?!?
Enjoy
