Know, know why a cynical comment? The form has 2 required entries: email ady and whether wish to receive emails [Y/N].
No complaints I've used them for about a year. Downtime less than 1% much less, dial-up errors their fault maybe 1%. Without referrals, I've had a good 4-months @$.99per. And AmEx offers more $.99months [exp in May blve]. And my bank has their software that is also dirt cheap months. Frankly, I'm torn between offers and taking them 1 at a time [like my days, smile].
My 56k kept up with a cable modem sending thirty megabyte files. There, now probably have done it. [just got disconnected hehe]

Actually, the show the site and survey refers to is a good radio show to listen to. If you are in the Los Angeles area, it airs on 97.1 FM Talk Sunday afternoons (I think starting at 1:00pm..could be noon though).

I prefer it over Jeff Levy's Radio Show on 640AM. Although he tries to be nice, he seems way too cynical for me.

Of course, none of the above surpasses Leo Laporte on TechTV. ;)

This link does refer to a radio show, but it moved to 870 KRLA Sundays 12:00pm to 2:00pm PST. I believe it is also syndicated in Detroit and Dallas.

If memory serves me correct, they will send you an Earthlink Internet Radio Show T-Shirt and an Earthlink CD.

Too bad I can't get Leo Laporte. He had a good show on KGO a few years ago. Luckily, there are audio steams so I can listen to decent shows.

SHOWS IN LOS ANGELES

Kim Komando: Fakes answers to tough questions.

Jeff Levy: Knows a few DOS commands, but is clueless on any newer hardware.

Earthlink Internet Hour: INFOMERCIAL

Marck Brothers: Okay

Larry Pilon: Good show since he owns a computer store and knows about hardware items and their prices.
