no "real" gift there....I tried long ago

but I did sign up for their Home Warranty about a month ago...i Had Farmers Homeowners plus home warranty last year, then I extensively researched ALL the major home warranties out there and BHWC provide the most protection for the least amount...now well wait to see if their service is as easy as Farmers....

some of the things BHWC includes which are optional or not available on other home warranty policies:

they cover faucets
cover the washer and dryer if transferred during sale
have a "code upgrade" provision
and multiple appliances/systems on homes under 5000sqft. (mutliple ovens, toilets, etc) many other policies charge extra

in CA their base rate is $240/year (others are $290-455)
I have policies with Farmers and AHS on other properties, but heard many horror stories about AHS, the largest and oldest home warranty company...
