Not only is it my favorite Matrix game, it's my current favorite game...Massive Assault!
I recently found out Massive Assault has a new entry to the series, Massive Assault Network.
It's a free download and free to play, though a subscription is required for more play options.

For those not familar with the Massive Assault series, it's a very good looking and well playing turn-based strat, using impressive 3D graphics, and some nice features such as "Secret Allies." It uses "mech" type vechicles. The game is very well thought out, and makes you think out your moves, the order troops are sent out, and use good strategic placements. It's fun, so go get it!
It's similar to Total Annihilation / C&C but turn-based, much better graphics, a match making/tournament option and online rankings!
