Free file sharing service needed

I want a file sharing service that can let anyone to access my files without installing any software. What I mean is, people can get my files just by using a web browser like IE. And the service have to be free and able to share mp3s.

I've noticed that the Yahoo! Briefcase is now unable to share files with people that is not a Yahoo member.

I have no knowledge on that and I don't want to use a lot of electricity.

in that case, register for an online web-based ftp server...

if u mean that u want to use ur 10mbps connect for serving files somehow without using ur pc as the server.. u can setup a website with your isp. how much file space i dunno. it depends. otherwise u gotta leave pc on or pay.
