dang, i just signed up for this free book this morning and a rep called me back 4 hours later.

i usually put my work # for these forms b/c i don't mind getting calls at work. but dang, that was kinda scary b/s'ing my way through that conversation. don't worry, i didn't say "i just signed up for the free book." that would kill the deal like nothing else. just told him i'd call back if i had a need for data storage/backup.

anyway, still worth it for a free book!
