Free Dummies e-book from Avaya

Thanks for the post OP. FYI, this ia an "Special Avaya Limited version" of the book. As I do not have the actual book for comparison (if there even is an "actual"), I don't know what or if anything is missing. Seems like a decent basic intro book.
