Na, don't think it's a scam... these are PC titles. You can pick these up at MarketPro computer shows or Bealls Outlets for a few bucks each.

Figure they are making $5.50 off of the game and 1.50 for shipping...

All those titles are PC versions, not DC.

Might be OK. Games are old, the PC sports games are the 2000 year ones, which came out in 1999. "Who wants to be a millionaire" is free on cereal boxes. Probably old stock they want to dump.
