The only new addition to that list is Tiberian Sun and its Firestorm expansion pack. The other two games were released for free for the 12th Anniversary of C&C. I have the TS but I've never played Firestorm because I could never find it anywhere! And now's my chance!

Thats cool, but I keep waiting for a huge C&C collectors pack on STEAM. I know one day, it will come.

There are certain things that do not belong in Free Stuff, this is one of them!! I never visit free stuff because there's hardly ever anything worth following up on.

This could go in hot-deals, or here is fine. Please don't move!!!!

Thanks. I am D/Ling them now. I bought RA, and my friend bought C&C when I was in High School. One of us used one CD, and the other used the other one, and we played each other all the time. Now, I will have all of them once I burn the CDs.

I couldn't force myself to finish Tiberian Sun the first time through, because it was too campy and weird, but I will try it again. I have the original instruction manual sitting next to me, but I haven't been able to find the actual CDs from the game, so this will be nice to have.

They probably run on Win 7. I know that the previous pack ran on XP, so they are probably offering the versions from that pack.

Yeah all the c&c's can run on vista/7 but you will most likely have to jump through hoops to get TD/RA1 working and you might have to do things to TS/RA2 to get it to work acceptably. Like fish around the ini files and disable the video frame buffer so it dosent lag when you blow somthing up/build somthing etc.

Plus these games were never all that stable when they were released anyway, even after patches.

Anyone have any instructions on how to get installed on windows 7 x64?

I just extracted the .rar for allies, mounted the ISO with alcohol and attempted to run the setup.exe as administator...popped up right away with

the version of this file is not compatible with the version of windows you're running. check your computer's system information to see whether you need an x86 or x64 version of the program
