Looks like you can just walk in and ask for your pass. This is from the link in Jokersmokers's posting:

"Don't have a printer? Go to the Membership Desk at the Club nearest you and ask about our One Day Pass, or mention the Market Code "BJSWEB" for a 13-Month Membership for the price of a regular 12-Month Membership."
