I recently ordered the "free" quicksilver with a couple gladiator heatsinks and got them with no trouble at all. Which is not to say the store doesn't jerk around it's customers.... but no problem here.

For those of you NOT in the oc'n world, then you wouldnt know, but for those of us who do, OCZ is a great store, they sell quality parts at a fine price, I get tired of all of these people capping on this store... Their customer service is fair, but if you smart, and keep good records etc... then youll be fine... I ve received every product i have ever ordered from them in great condition...!

I prefer 1CoolPC. They are great! Good prices, reasonable shipping, excellent customer service, and they will price match a better price on the same item. Note that the last time I ordered from them, their shipping calculations for multiple items was not working right, so you need to email them with the information from your order, and they will quote you a better rate. To their credit though, they DO have a warning about the problem with the shipping charges on the order form.

I ordered their 'cheap' Monster II and believe me, you get what you paid for.

I just built a 1.33G system. I tried Monster II and AMD's Stock HSF.
They come down to the same CPU temp.
The Monster II has a VERY noisy fan compared with the Stock Fan,
so now it's sitting useless along with other junks I bought.

The monster II needs to be lapped because the base is very rough. I think that's what's holding it's performance so badly back.
