It's weird that you had to resubmit the copy. They claimed they didn't recieve my rebate once. However, after I sent them an email, the CSR who replied me said he got the authorization to override the status and the status was then changed to "received".

You're lucky. I remembered my first rebate that I did not write down the code number on top of the returned address of the envelope. So I emailed them and I got a response that it will be corrected. Maybe they wanted my subsequent business.

Hey they only thing i can find on cyeberrebate is the Cobra 9 Band Radar/Laser Detector with Voice Alert That is the only product with Cobra In its name. Please try the actual link again. Maybee a mod wont catch it

The deal on the Cobra is dead -- it sold out quickly.

There was no need to wait 5 months to find out your rebate wasn't received. Cyberrebates makes it extremely simple to see if your rebate has been received. I wait about 3 weeks after I mail my rebate stuff and then visit their website. It shows if the rebate is received. If it's not there after a month, a email message to their customer service group (they are very responsive on the two occasions I've used them) can bring an answer.
