Yes. "Wienerschnitzel" and "nein" are the correct spellings. You pronouce the last letter in the "IE" combinations: "ie" has an "e" sound, "ei" has the "i" sound.

Urggggh...
I love hotdogs and hamburgers, but Wienerschnitzel isn't one of the places that I would recommend. I had a friend work there, and he would never eat anything from the place. It's sort of those indications that you want to be watching out before you start chowing down free hotdogs. He use to tell me nightmare stories... Eeekkk....

Man, I used to love this place. I'm no longer in LA, and these don't exist here in Ohio. Their chilli-cheese-burgers and fries rock!

Wienerschnitzel = cutlet (veal) cooked Viennese style.
