Free CD copy program supporting CD text

I'm going to install Windows 7 on my XP laptop and I am pretty sure my Nero 6 (which runs on XP) won't run on it. It doesn't seem to run on my Vista computer.

So, I'm wondering if there's a free CD copy program that will let me use CD Text. Preferably it will support Internet lookup for CD info. What's out there?
