Free CD burning software

I'm trying to help a friend backing up some files from an old rig running Win95.

I hooked a CD burner up to this PC but need some CD burning software that'll work with Win95.

(My Nero 6 doesn't work with Win95 and an older Nero 5.5 OEM disk I have will only work with a Plextor drive.)

Does any of you know of a free, downloadable CD burning app that'll work with Win95?

Thanks.

Before posting, I had done a search here on 'free CD burning software' and found a thread that also suggested Deepburner, but when I checked it out I couldn't find anything on their site about OS requirements.

But now that I see it suggested again, I'll try it out.

If anyone knows if this (or any others) will work with Win95, please feel free to chime in.

From the download page:
  • SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

    - Any MS Windows OS
    - Intel/AMD processor
    - 32 MB RAM
    - 10 MB hard drive space
    - CDR/W DVD/RAM

Do you have an external hard drive enclosure lying around? You can easily hook that hard drive up to your enclosure and hook the enclosure up to your computer and back up the files there. That would be ten times easier than finding a program that works with Windows 95.

I guess I should have checked the download page, huh?

Thanks for pointing it out.

(To Nocturnal: No, I don't have a harddisk enclosure.)
