Sorry, Maybe i was too cautious! it does seem to be a legitimate page after i checked the coding.
If you click on "Official Rules" it gives you this URL: www.Verizon.com/lunarnewyear. If you try going to that site, you get an error. Even if you go to the Verizon site and search on Lunar New Year, nothing comes up. This is a scam, beware.
Yeah i'd say this is a scam. The webpage looks shoddy and out of place with other verizon webpages although the color scheme and logos are close enough that it's obviously trying to fool the average user. One question comes to my mind-- why would verizon put their "contest" info on a different server? This may be legit but it looks like the odds are about as good as that of SWG accepting me to beta test any time soon.
