I have a Creative 12 10 32 CD-RW, however i recently was forced to reformat my hd, and lost my former burning software (which was NTI Cd-Maker or something). Does anyone have recommendations for a free downloadable replacement?

Sony CD Extreme is still out there. It's built on the Prassi engine, and I have found it to be essentially on par with Nero.

Upgrade to 2.0.something (US)
The original states-side link was http://sony.storagesupport.com/dlag...m/dsonyweb/cdrw/SonyCDExtreme1.3.390Setup.exe. I guess Sony realized what they had done. This site has been maintaining a copy as well.
