Hey Tim0thy just out of curiousity what is your title at your company?
Right now I am a network engineer/admin, but i have always been fully involved in the hacking scene (no i am not a script kiddy) Infact i got my job by hacking into my company's network. My goals are to be a Security specialist. It's just really hard for a 19 year old to find high position jobs in the field. It just appears that the old fat heads that have been in the business for 10 years are the ones that usually get the positions. No disrespect to the guys that have been around forever, but i've ran into alot of them that are really behind and are just washed up.
I just wanted to ask for some advice about what i should do inorder to advance my career in the computer security field. It's almost 5 am, i am about to crash but i'll subscribe to this thread to see how it goes.

Note, after submitting your information it says that one of their reps will be contacting you to verify your information. Anyone know if this is via email or phone?

Does contacting you mean they will try to sell you additional stuff? These free deals never work out that well.

first off...grow up beatinitup...your showing your age..mukzz was not attacking you...this IS the hot deals forum.

Hey...if the stuff is free...they can have my home phone number(its constantly busy). I simply start breathing hard and ask them what there wearing. If that doent work, I ask them if they live near me, and see if they want to rendevous. That should scare the he** out of them.

Good find wojak

I thought everyone knew how to secure ehese things... unplug 'em and stick them on a completely separate subnet. It's called an "air wall"

:D
