Free Beer? To take or not to take that is the question

Well I'm at work and it's 4am. Now this is a managed office block with many different companies in it and downstairs next to the post room is a little kitchen. In the kitchen sink is about a dozen bottles of beer and a bottle of Champaign. There is no note or anything to go with it...

So the question remains should I take it or not?

Oh as an addition there is a CCTV camera in there...

dude, get someone else to go and block the CCTV (inconspciuously of coruse, it would be best to get a group if like 4 guys in there, and have three of em talking inbetween you nad the camera), and then take a couple bottles, and the champagne. You all walk out, with the friends still between you and the camera, and YOU WIN.
