I'm reaching my 2GB limit on Mozy Free. I'd like to split my backups among two free services if possible.

I didn't see a free version of Carbonite. Does anybody else offer free online backup?

It's only $5 a month for Mozy's pay-for service - and you get UNLIMITED backup space. Mozy is going to be head-over-heels better than any free service you can find.

I only have about 1.9GB of essential data. I have another 20-30GB of data that I keep synced between three computers, but I could stomach to lose it. I'll doubt I'd be reaching a 4GB limit of essential data for many many years to come. That is $60 x many years.

Dropbox give you 2GB to start and you can "earn" more by signing up friends, taking their tour, etc. It's also got some ridiculously cool features like sharing specific folders with certain people and these folders automatically sync both ways (e.g. sign up Grandma and put baby pictures in the folder and they instantly appear on her system).
