If anyone on the team wants this processor I will give it to you for the cost of shipping (contenental US only please, unless you want to pay too much in shipping for a processor.) It is an AMD Athlon 64 x2 939 pin processor. I do not know the clock speed or if it works. It was, however working when I de-commissioned the machine.

I will need your FAH username to verify that you are indeede a team member and you have more than a hand-full of work units turned in.

I may have two but as of writing I have only found one. I have no working motherboards for this chip or I would be running it myself.

if anyone has a working 939 motherboard i'd be more than happy!

my board that worked strong from 2005-2008 has a leaking capacitor.
My PSU, HDD, Ram and 4600+ cpu still work...

Go ahead and send me a PM with your name and address and I will send it out to you on tuesday when the post office re-opens.

I will update this thread when I find out if I have a second to give out.

Giving away to first taker old package of bologna thats been in fridge for 6 months. No visible signs of mold and smells ok. Must be local and willing to pick up due to food safety issues.

Urg. Europe. I don't know, nor do I care to know, how to ship to Europe. Sorry about that.

Edit: Find someone here in the US that will ship it to Europe for you, and I'll mail it to them.

It's really not hard... I've already send a lot of parcels to the USA.

You just need to cushion it in a regular parcel, like you would do it for a US address and take it to your local post office. You tell them that you want to send it to europe (Luxembourg) and they'll put the stamps on it for you. In addition you need to tell them what it is and the aprrox value of it for the customs, that's all.

I'll pay you via paypal if that's ok for you.

I've sent a small padded envelope with a processor to Sweden a while back for about $6 IIRC. Sending a motherboard is another story.
