Free app to wake up PC?

Is there a free app or a way to have my PC wake up at a certain time from standby or whatever?

You could set the task scheduler to run a program at the specified time and check the box that says "resume from standby" to run. Have it run calc.exe or an empty bat file or something.

Check your BIOS options for the feature your looking for. The only device in the computer that can act while the computer is completely off is the CMOS battery, which will be able to power on your computer if your BIOS has the option.
